Key Responsibilities:

• Walk-in customers ko attend karna aur unki requirements samajhna

• Birthday, Anniversary, Wedding, Corporate gifting etc. ke according hampers suggest karna

• Hamper customization mein customers ki help karna

• Customers ko product aur pricing explain karna

• Customer ko politely convince karke sales generate karna

• WhatsApp/Instagram enquiries handle karna

• Orders ki follow-up aur timely coordination karna

• Shop aur hampers ko properly presentable rakhna

Requirements:

• Valuable communication & customer dealing skills

• Smart, confident and presentable personality

• Sales aur customer service ka interest

• Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge

• Fresher can also apply

• Previous retail/sales experience will be an advantage

Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 + incentives
