Job description:

Clevuh Culture Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Support Executives for our Inbound Voice and Email Support Process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Respond to customer queries via email accurately and on time.
- Provide correct information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and politely with every customer.
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards.

Requirements:

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome!
- Prior experience in voice or email process is an advantage.
- Willing to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational/fixed off.




- Must complete 1-week paid training and 3-month probation period (no leaves/off during probation).

Job Details:

- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
- Working Days: 6 days/week
- Training: 1 week (Paid)
- Location: Mohali (Work from Office only)
