- ? Key ResponsibilitiesDrive life insurance business through the assigned Bancassurance channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff.
- Generate leads and convert them into life insurance business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct regular branch visits and coordinate with bank employees.
- Drive customer acquisition, cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track business performance.
- Ensure proper documentation,



KYC and compliance as per company guidelines.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and bank partners.
- ? Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year of Life Insurance experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with Bancassurance/Banca Sales experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and relationship-management skills.
- Solid sales and target-achievement orientation.
- Must have a bike/two-wheeler for field visits.
- Age: 25–35 years.
- Expected CTC: Maximum ₹4.25 LPA.
- Graduate candidates preferred.
