Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, develop new business opportunities, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team effectively.
- Generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, references, channel partners, and direct enquiries.
- Handle customer enquiries, site visits, negotiations, and property bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and property consultants.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.




- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers from enquiry to booking and documentation.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and projects.
- Train and guide junior sales executives to improve their performance.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with CRM, accounts, legal, and customer-support teams for smooth transactions.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate degree preferred.
- 3–7 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, and digital sales tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
