Manage and respond to inquiries across:

WhatsApp

Instagram

Website chat

WhatsApp communities & groups

Responsibilities:

Ensure no inquiry is left unattended

Maintain proper customer follow-ups

Respond quickly and professionally

Track interested customers and convert leads into sales

Regularly post luxury product images in communities/groups

Attend customer queries related to premium goods

Follow up with interested customers

Focus on maximizing conversions and sales

? 5. Product Knowledge & Consultation

Learn and understand:

Perfume categories & fragrance families

Private blends

Scent machines

Luxury products

Recommend suitable products confidently to customers

? 6. Inventory & Supply Coordination

Monitor stock availability regularly





Ensure timely restocking of products

Coordinate with vendors and internal team

Avoid stock shortages of fast-moving products

? 7. Business Development (B2B)

Assist in generating and managing business opportunities related to:

Scent machines

Corporate gifting

Perfume-making events

Bulk/corporate orders

Responsibilities:

Communicate professionally with corporate clients

Follow up on business discussions

Support in converting business opportunities

? 8. Executive Support

Work closely with Anuj Agrawal for:

Managing bookings and orders

Coordinating with vendors and partners

Tracking deliveries and execution

Ensuring smooth business operations

? 9. Order Management

Track ongoing customer orders

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery

Keep customers updated regarding order status

Resolve issues proactively
