About the RoleBellway Realtech is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant real-estate offerings, generating interest, and coordinating site visits.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing leads.
- Explain property offerings, location, pricing, and key features clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and Sales Managers for qualified leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain a positive relationship with prospective customers throughout the sales process.
- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales-driven environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in real-estate telecalling, telesales, or customer handling will be an advantage.
