Marketing & Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their product and business requirements.
- Promote products and third-party/contract manufacturing services.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Regularly follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders.
- Prepare quotations, product details, samples, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements, production, quality, and dispatch.
- Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales.
- Identify new customers, distributors, and business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in exhibitions,



meetings, and customer discussions when required.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and positive approach.
- Candidates with experience in Pharma, Nutraceutical, PCD Pharma, Third-Party Manufacturing, or Healthcare Marketing will be preferred.

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream. Candidates from Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Management backgrounds will be preferred.

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives, depending on experience and skills.
