Position: Barista & Multitasking Staff

Location: Gaur City / Kaushambi

Employment: Full-Time / Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare coffee, beverages, shakes, and other cafe products as per company standards.

* Handle basic food preparation and assist the kitchen team when required.

* Take customer orders and provide friendly customer service.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe, counter, and work area.

* Handle POS billing and basic cash counter operations.

* Support opening and closing duties.

* Assist the team in other operational tasks whenever required.

* Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and food safety guidelines.

* Work effectively as part of a team during busy hours.

Requirements

* Previous barista/cafe experience preferred, but freshers with a passion for cafe work can also apply.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Willingness to learn coffee, beverages, and food preparation.

* Adaptable and comfortable with multitasking.

* Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
