Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processing Executive to handle end-to-end processing for Working Capital products (Cash Credit, Overdraft, Term Loans, Trade Finance). The role involves complete documentation verification, applicant profiling, and file logging across various Banks and NBFC portals to ensure smooth approval and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities1. Documentation & File Preparation

- Collect, verify, and organize complete financial and legal documents required for working capital loan proposals (ITR, Audited Balance Sheets, GST returns, Bank Statements, KYC, Sanction Letters).
- Check files against bank check-lists to eliminate document discrepancies prior to submission.

2. Portal Login & Execution

- Create profiles and log loan applications into online partner portals/LOS (Lender Operating Systems) across multiple Banks and NBFCs.
- Track login reference IDs and ensure files are successfully handed off to respective Credit Managers.

3. Credit & Policy Alignment

- Conduct primary assessment of client eligibility based on financial statements and credit profile.
- Match client requirements with appropriate product offerings (CC/OD, Dropline OD,



Unsecured Business Loans, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantees) across various lending partners.

4. Queries & Coordination

- Liaise with Bank/NBFC underwriters and credit teams to address queries or document requirements promptly.
- Coordinate property/business valuations, legal reports, and field verification checks.
- Follow up regularly to track file movement from login through credit sanction, documentation execution, and final disbursement.
- Key Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in loan processing, specifically working capital or corporate SME loans.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with bank login portals, financial document analysis (GST/ITR/Bank Statement analysis tools), and MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, proactive follow-up capability, and robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Login Speed: Turnaround time (TAT) from document collection to bank login.
- First-Time Right Rate: Percentage of files submitted without documentation rejection.
- Sanction Conversion: Percentage of logged files converted into approved sanction letters.
