- Credit Officer Cum Relationship Officer – JDManage the complete customer journey, from lead generation and customer interaction to loan application, approval and disbursement.
- Understand customer requirements and convince eligible customers to avail the loan, clearly explaining loan terms, repayment schedule and applicable charges.
- Handle customer calls, follow-ups and relationship management to ensure smooth processing and a positive customer experience.
- Conduct basic credit assessment, KYC/document verification and customer profile evaluation as per company policies.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations and Disbursement teams to resolve pending requirements and ensure timely loan processing.
- Achieve assigned monthly disbursement/conversion targets and earn incentives based on performance and target achievement.
- Maintain excellent communication, customer handling and follow-up skills; prior experience in payday loans, digital lending, NBFC, fintech or personal loans will be preferred.
