Job Description

Food Processing Equipment Company Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail oriented Account Executive to join our Finance & Accounting team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing accounting tasks and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Create and process vouchers manually and through Tally Prime Edit Log  Perform Tally data entry (sales, purchase,



receipts, payments, bank reconciliation, debtors/creditors statements)  Receive and process invoices, expense forms, and payment requests  Handle petty cash, prepare bills, and maintain receipts  Maintain accounting records, copies, and filing systems  Ensure statutory compliance (Service Tax, TDS, Profession Tax)  File returns for e-TDS, Service Tax, and Profession Tax  Assist in procurement, quotations, and negotiations  Process vendor invoices and bills for payment  Undertake administrative tasks to support Finance & Accounting  Update and maintain accounts database  Track and resolve accounting discrepancies

Qualifications & Skills

 Proficiency in MS O ice (Excel & Word)  Strong knowledge of Tally Prime Edit Log  Good communication and interpersonal skills  Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented  Ability to work independently and in a team
