Housekeeping Supervisor – Airbnb / Guest House / Hotel

About the Role:

We are looking for a mature, responsible and practical person to manage our Airbnb/Guest House property

The person will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the property, guest handling, cleanliness, basic maintenance coordination and making sure everything runs smoothly.

This is a hands-on role. We need someone who can take responsibility and handle situations independently, rather than waiting for instructions for every small thing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the property on a daily basis and ensure everything is properly maintained.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Welcome guests and ensure they have a smooth and comfortable stay.
- Coordinate with guests regarding basic queries, requirements or issues.
- Supervise the cleaning staff and check that rooms are properly cleaned before check-in.
- If the cleaning staff is unavailable, the supervisor should be willing to help with basic cleaning and room preparation when required.
- Check rooms, bathrooms, amenities, linen, toiletries and other essentials regularly.
- Report and coordinate any maintenance or repair issues.




- Keep track of property supplies and inform the management when anything needs to be purchased.
- Handle unexpected situations at the property calmly and responsibly.
- Coordinate with management regarding bookings, guest requirements and property-related issues.
- Make sure the property is always guest-ready, clean, organised and presentable.
- Take care of basic property security and ensure things are not damaged or misused.
- Maintain a qualified and polite attitude with guests at all times.

- Honest, reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Willing to be hands-on when required
- Basic knowledge of smartphones/WhatsApp is required
- Previous experience in Airbnb, hotel, homestay, guest house or property management will be preferred
