Telecaller – Lead Generation & Sales Coordination

Key Responsibilities:

* Call leads provided by the company and communicate with potential clients.

* Understand the client’s basic requirements and provide initial information about the company’s construction services.

* Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper lead records.

* Achieve the assigned daily target of fixing client meetings for the Outside Sales Executives.

* Coordinate with the Outside Sales Team regarding scheduled meetings and client requirements.

* Maintain regular follow-ups until the meeting is confirmed.

* Provide daily updates on calls, follow-ups, and meetings scheduled.

Requirements:

* Valuable communication and convincing skills.

* Basic knowledge of residential construction and construction-related terms.

* Previous experience in telecalling or sales will be an advantage.

* Target-oriented and comfortable with regular follow-ups.

* Basic computer knowledge.

Performance Target:

Daily meeting-fixing target will be assigned and monitored based on the leads provided.
