Position Details: The Fund Finance, FI Coverage, GCIB EMEA is the product office for fund finance in EMEA. MUFG is a prominent lender in the fund finance market with teams based in Current York, Los Angeles, Sydney, Singapore and London.



Fund finance is a growth strategy in EMEA. The requirement is to support part of the portfolio management function for Subscription Facility/Capital Call transactions for MUFG in EMEA. Roles and Responsibilities  Day-to-day support across the Subscription and FX line portfolio following transaction close, including conducting detailed due diligence, financial spreading, credit analysis and underwriting of subscription/ capital call facilities and FX limits. If capacity, support the Product team on requests related to new transactions.  Management reporting, stress testing and audit support.  Borrowing Base and collateral monitoring (including LP review refresh)  Covenant testing, breach tracking, and compliance oversight on a regular basis  Filing reporting packs (compliance reports, financials, borrowing bases etc.) and reviewing compliance certificates and Borrowing Bases to flag any breaches/LP defaults  Post-deal c
