Job Opening | Accounts Manager

Location: Vesu, Surat

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to handle day-to-day accounting operations, banking, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing accurate accounting records and statutory workings up to the finalization stage for submission to the Chartered Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt & Journal entries in Tally ERP

Record business expenses and maintain proper documentation

Handle petty cash, cash book, and banking transactions

Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS)

Prepare GST workings (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) and TDS calculations

Verify bills, invoices, and payment documents





Maintain accurate accounting records and statutory files

Prepare accounts up to finalization and coordinate with the CA for final accounts

Requirements

Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP

Good understanding of Accounting, GST, and TDS

Experience in banking, reconciliations, and bill verification

Basic knowledge of final accounts preparation

Proficiency in MS Excel

High level of accuracy, discipline, and attention to detail

Good communication and coordination skills
