Desired Profile : A proactive team player with good analytical skills, hands on experience in product costing, good ERP knowledge, exposure to CNC machining , Product Assembly & Moulding processes.
Qulaification : BE (Mech / Prod/Industrial engg./ Elect. /Electronics)
Experience : Min 3-7 Years in manufacturing company in costing / Industrial engineering department.

Job Description:
Industrial Engineering & Production :-
1) Ensure that work standards are available for all the operations on the shop floor.
2) Deploy relevant techniques of work measurement to establish work standards.
3) Use Up-to-date IE techniques like Line balancing, SMED, Kaizen, 5’S’ to improve productivity.
4) Ensuring that vendor’s & sub-contractor’s rates are finalised & are in line with fair price.
5) Establishing the norms for rate finalisations.
Costing:
1) Ensure that all the RFQ’s coming from marketing are addressed in time.
2) Analysis of RFQ’s like competition analysis, Comparing with similar existing items.
3) Lost order Analysis.
Management Reports:




Responsible for drawing various management reports as below:
a) Draw utilization Reports for various shops. Use OEE to monitor the performance.
b) Co-ordinate with concerned departments & ensure that OEE is improved.
c) Monitor the improvements on Monthly basis.
Layouts:
1) Responsible for Shop Floor Layout, ensuring smooth flow of material & no back tracking.
2) Ensuring smooth Material Handling & minimising the search time.
ERP:
1) Ensuring product structures (Low level BOM) are correct.
2) Responsible for Routings in ERP system.
3) Responsible for rolling the standard costs in system.
Cost Reduction:
1) Analysis of existing expenses of the company & highlighting the avenues for cost reduction.
2) Team Formation for cost reduction projects & monitoring the project status.
3) Identify waste elements (MUDA) & co-ordinate to eliminate it.
4) Keep proper records & documentation of the cost reduction projects.
