This Position reports to: Sales Director- Maharashtra & Southeast Asia Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for growing sales of B&R;’s next generation technology, machine connectivity, automation & edge, high end motion system & technology software solutions in the defined area. The role demands a mix of sales acumen, technical understanding, and customer engagement. The work model for the role is: LI- Hybrid This role is contributing to the Machine Automation Division -B&R; in Pune region in India. Main stakeholders include Customers, Sales Team, Engineering Team, Project Management Team, and Senior Leadership. You will be mainly accountable for:



Build and maintain valuable customer relationships while generating new business opportunities and managing a healthy sales pipeline. Understand customer needs and develop value-based techno-commercial automation solutions. Support business growth through negotiations, opportunity conversion, and meeting sales targets. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project delivery and high customer satisfaction. Represent the organization as a trusted automation advisor, promoting solutions, market growth, and long-term customer partnerships. Qualifications for the role Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field). 8–10 years of demonstrated sales experience within industrial automation environments, with experience in PLCs, SCADA, Drives, Motion Control, and Mechatronics solutions.
