This Position reports to: Sales Director – North & South India Your role and responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for growing sales of B&R;’s next-generation technology, machine connectivity, automation and edge, high-end motion systems, and technology software solutions in the southern region and market. The role demands a mix of sales acumen, technical understanding, and customer engagement. The work model for the role is: LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Automation Division-B&R; in Bangalore/ Chennai, India. Main stakeholders are Customers (OEMs, system integrators, and end users), channel partners, internal sales/application engineering teams,



project execution teams, and business leadership. You will be mainly accountable for: Build and maintain positive customer and partner relationships to generate opportunities and grow the sales pipeline. Analyze customer needs and market trends to develop and present tailored techno-commercial solutions. Handle negotiations and complete successful deal closures to meet business targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Promote B&R; technologies through customer engagement, industry events, CRM forecasting, and after-sales growth initiatives. Qualifications for the role: 5-10 years of experience in industrial automation sales and solution selling. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
