Purpose
This role is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of production materials, equipment, and technologies before conducting mass production.
Key Missions
We are hiring for a Process Engineer based at NSEZ, Noida.
Key roles and respoonsibilities include:
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, yield,
and manufacturing efficiency across production lines.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies while supporting recent product introductions and process industrialization.
- Ensure maximum equipment availability by supporting preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-related equipment issues.
- Plan and execute maintenance schedules in coordination with production to minimize downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process and equipment failures, implementing sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor equipment performance and manufacturing KPIs (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, downtime) and drive initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency.
