Scope and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:




- The Corporate Accounting Analyst will provide operational and procedural support within the Corporate Accounting department, with a primary focus on revenue accounting — including investment income, management fees, and incentive fees/income. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting, reporting, and analysis of revenue-related activities, including investment income, management fees, incentive fees/income, related compensation expenses, and other fund-related transactions.
- Prepare, maintain, and own revenue accounting schedules, including management fee, investment income, and incentive compensation calculations, as well as related general ledger analyses and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Analyze investment management agreements, fee arrangements, and incentive compensation agreements to determine appropriate accounting treatment and revenue recognition.
