We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Intern to assist our legal team with research, contract drafting, compliance analysis, and other legal matters. This is an excellent chance for law students to gain hands-on experience in corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research on corporate law, contracts, and compliance-related topics.

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing agreements such as NDAs, Service Agreements, and vendor contracts.

Assist in preparing legal opinions, reports, and regulatory filings.

Monitor legal and regulatory updates relevant to the industry.

Provide support in dispute resolution, litigation research, and policy drafting.
