Satwik Illuminations Pvt. Ltd. manufactures LED lighting for indoor, outdoor and industrial use, including customizable lighting solutions.

Key responsibilities
Oversee daily office and showroom operations.
Coordinate showroom staff and welcome visitors.
Track customer enquiries, quotations, orders and pending follow-ups.
Work with the sales, accounts, administration and operations teams to keep activities on schedule.
Maintain records, reports, correspondence and other routine documents.
Ensure the showroom is well presented and has the supplies needed for daily operations.
Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate matters that require management decisions.

Candidate profile
Experience in office administration, showroom operations or team coordination is preferred.
Solid organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using email and spreadsheets and preparing routine reports.
