We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven

Head of Hospitality

to lead multi-outlet restaurant, banquet and event operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

P&L; management, MIS, budgeting, food costing, business development and operational excellence , with a proven ability to create seamless and consistent operations across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee operations across

multiple restaurants, banquets and event venues .
Drive

revenue, profitability and overall business performance

across all outlets.
Manage and review

P&L;, MIS, budgets, forecasts and operational KPIs .
Monitor

food cost, beverage cost, inventory, wastage and manpower costs .
Plan and execute

banquets, events, corporate functions and special occasions .
Identify and develop

new business opportunities and additional revenue streams .
Develop, implement and monitor

SOPs

across all outlets to ensure consistency and seamless operations.
Maintain high standards of

food quality, service, hygiene and guest experience .
Lead, mentor and develop

restaurant, banquet,



kitchen and operational teams .
Work closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR and Procurement teams to achieve business objectives.
Conduct regular operational reviews and implement

corrective and process-improvement measures .

Candidate Profile
12–18+ years of relevant experience

in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, clubs, banquets or events.
Proven experience in

managing multiple restaurant/hospitality outlets .
Solid understanding of

P&L;, MIS, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls .
Strong knowledge of

food & beverage costing, inventory and cost optimization .
Experience in

banquet and event planning, execution and commercial management .
Proven ability to

create and implement SOPs

across multiple outlets.
Strong

business development and revenue-generation

capabilities.
Excellent

leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills .
Commercially focused with a solid track record of improving

operational efficiency and profitability .
