Black & Grey HR is hiring for a well-established Contracting Company based in the Middle East. Our client is hiring an Architectural Team Lead who will be responsible for leading the architectural team in delivering high-rise mixed-use projects, ensuring design quality, technical coordination, BIM compliance, and timely project execution

Responsibilities:
Manage architects, BIM modellers, and drafting teams.
Oversee architectural design development and technical documentation.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, and project management teams.
Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
Ensure compliance with local codes, project specifications, and QA/QC standards.
Support BIM coordination, clash resolution, and constructability reviews.
Monitor project progress and resolve technical/site issues

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
7 - 10 years of experience in contracting/Construction companies, including min 3 years as a team leader
Solid experience in high-rise mixed-use projects.
Proficiency in: Revit, Autodesk
Strong leadership, coordination, and technical skills
