About the Role

We are looking for a creative social media content creator to join our team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. In this role you will edit reels and short videos, design posters and creatives, and run day-to-day content across social platforms. You will work directly with US-based clients and our internal team to produce content that builds brand presence and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce social media videos such as reels, shorts, promo videos, ad creatives, and event recaps.
- Design posters, banners, story creatives, carousels, event promotions, and campaign graphics.
- Manage daily posting and content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns from idea to publishing.
- Write captions, hooks, and hashtags suited to each platform and audience.
- Respond to comments and direct messages and monitor brand mentions.
- Track post and campaign performance such as reach, engagement, followers, and views, then recommend improvements.
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements, share progress, and apply feedback.
- Manage multiple client accounts and deliverables while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Keep up with social media trends, current formats, trending audio, and AI content tools.

- Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Meta Business Suite and native platform analytics
- Scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later

Candidate Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, media, advertising, or a creative agency.
- Strong portfolio or showreel showing social media video editing and graphic design work.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable speaking directly with US-based clients.
- Strong creative thinking, a good sense of visual design, and attention to detail.
- Ability to turn a client brief into finished content that matches the brand.
- Ability to work independently and manage several accounts at once.
- Comfortable working US EST hours from our Gachibowli office.

This is strictly a work-from-office position. No remote work. No hybrid work. The office is in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, and working hours follow US EST.
