Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Devlopment Excutive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, promoting our products, generating sales, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home décor products.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and availability clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer requirements.
- Identify current sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales, tele calling, retail, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and confident in handling sales conversations.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
