Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with 0–2 years of experience and basic knowledge of CCTV, networking, and technical troubleshooting. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers and resolve technical issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance equipment.
- Troubleshoot CCTV connectivity, camera, recording, and remote-viewing issues.
- Provide basic support for networking, routers, switches, LAN/WAN, and IP-related issues.
- Conduct in office visits for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting when required.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain service reports and records of technical issues and resolutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and provide good customer service.

Required Skills





- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance products.
- Knowledge of DVR, NVR, IP Cameras, and Analog Cameras.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for customer/site visits.

Experience & Qualification

- 0–2 years of experience in Technical Support, CCTV, Networking, or a related field.
- Graduates.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience with CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of remote CCTV monitoring and mobile/PC viewing applications.
- Familiarity with CCTV brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, or similar products.
