About the Role
Centrix is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Director while coordinating activities related to social media, digital marketing and branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to the Director.
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments and follow-ups.
- Coordinate digital marketing, social media and branding activities.
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
- Track marketing-related tasks, timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare presentations, reports and business documents.
- Handle correspondence and maintain organised records.
- Support meetings and out-of-office business activities when required.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Branding or a related role.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing activities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Positive coordination and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creative, proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Working Days
Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
