We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with prior US Sales Experience to manage and lease residential/commercial properties in the United States. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling client communication, managing property listings, and evaluating proposals efficiently.
Pre-requisite:
- Mandatory experience in US Sales / US-based client handling
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee US-based property listings and portfolios
- Handle leasing activities, including tenant coordination and follow-ups
- Conduct telephonic and messaging communication with prospects and clients
- Review, evaluate, and vet leasing proposals and applications
-Maintain proper records and ensure timely updates in CRM or internal systems
Skills Required:
- Robust English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience in real estate / property management is a plus
Ability to work in US time zones
- Good organizational and decision-making skills
