R K Engineering Works, VKI Area, Jaipur - EOT crane, hoist, lift and control panel manufacturer - requires Panel Testing and Commissioning Electricians for the panel line. 10 openings. Only experienced panel line electricians. Freshers are not eligible for this post.

Experience is must: 5 to 10 years in panel wiring, testing and commissioning. Candidate without experience proof will not be called. Bring experience certificate or last company ID card at interview.

Work:

- Point to point continuity check of crane control panels, LT panels, MCC and APFC panels against approved schematic

- IR / megger test, HV test, earth continuity and phase sequence check

- Functional testing of control circuit, interlock, limit switch, brake and overload trip

- VFD and soft starter parameter setting, PLC input / output checking

- No load and load trial of crane panels with hoist, LT and CT motors before dispatch

- Snag finding and correction of wiring errors, and clearing panel for customer / third party inspection

- Filling test report, checklist and drawing as built record

Requirements:

- ITI Electrician / Wireman or Diploma Electrical





- 5 to 10 years in panel line testing and commissioning

- Must read schematic, ladder, interlock and terminal drawings and find faults on his own

- Use of megger, multimeter, clamp meter, phase sequence meter and torque wrench

- Knowledge of IEC 60204-32 and IEC 60947 testing practice

- Ready for occasional site commissioning at customer works
