We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele Marketing Executive to interact with customers, explain products and services, build strong relationships, and support sales through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and direct interactions.
- Explain product features and company offerings clearly.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Support marketing and brand promotion activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and closing skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
- Solid persuasion and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive attitude and confidence in speaking with customers.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Working time: 9:00am to 6:00pm
