Job Title: Survey CADD Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Import, process, and interpret field survey data collected via total stations, GPS, and data collectors.
- Experience with Point Clouds and processing data from Robotic Total Station Scanner is a hugh plus.
- Prepare accurate base maps, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, right of way maps, and existing conditions plans.
- Work closely with survey field crews and licensed surveyors to ensure data integrity and deliverable quality.
- Use advanced CADD techniques to create clear, precise survey drawings in compliance with industry standards.
- Perform QA/QC on incoming data and final drawings.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Survey CADD Technician.
- Proven expertise in processing raw field survey data into usable drawings.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D (or other industry-standard survey CAD software).




- Strong understanding of coordinate systems, control networks, and field-to-finish workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with land surveying terminology and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with survey firms or engineering consultants in the US.
- Familiarity with LiDAR data, point clouds, or drone survey processing is a plus.
