Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will manage campaigns across multiple online platforms, lead a team of marketing professionals, analyze performance metrics, and optimize marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
- Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising campaigns.




- Plan and manage digital marketing budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing dashboards.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversions, and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with sales, product, design, and content teams.
- Oversee website performance, user experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging digital trends.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and marketing vendors.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
