- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Develop new business by identifying and approaching hotels, restaurants, cafés, resorts, caterers, and other hospitality clients.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and ensure regular follow-ups for repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions from the company’s range.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, follow up on enquiries, and close sales while maintaining company margins.
- Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and meetings with key decision-makers.
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, warehouse, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments to ensure quick and satisfactory resolution.
- Follow up on pending payments and support the company in maintaining timely collections from clients.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new business opportunities in the hospitality sector.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, orders, customer visits, sales pipeline, and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and increasing business from existing clients to achieve long-term revenue growth.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
