Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP & IT Manager with strong expertise in Farvision ERP, Sales Automation, Property Management, Redevelopment, IT Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, G-Suite and IT Support. The candidate will be responsible for ERP administration, business process configuration, user support, IT infrastructure, security, asset management and L1 IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Farvision ERP & Business Applications

- Manage and provide functional support for Farvision ERP across Sales, Customer Support, Material, Engineering and Finance modules.
- Administer Property Management and Redevelopment modules.
- Configure Farvision Document Types, Document Designs, Approval Workflows and Business Units (BU).
- Configure and manage Farvision Sales Automation lead flow and sales processes.
- Provide L1/L2 ERP support, troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with ERP vendors for escalations.
- Understand business requirements and configure ERP workflows/processes accordingly.

IT Budget, Assets & Software

- Prepare/check IT budgets and ensure timely fulfilment of hardware, software and IT infrastructure requirements.
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, inventory and lifecycle management.
- Ensure optimum utilization of IT resources and compliance with company policies.

IT Infrastructure & User Support

- Handle user incidents and service requests related to hardware, software, network, printers and other IT requirements.
- Provide support for OneDrive, Share Drive and other collaboration/storage platforms.
- Install and configure shared/network printers

Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace

- Administer Microsoft Office 365 and G-Suite/Google Workspace.
- Create, modify and deactivate user accounts.
- Assign and manage licenses based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot user access, email, storage and collaboration-related issues.

Endpoint Management & IT Security





- Deploy application/OS patches through ManageEngine UEM.
- Monitor endpoint compliance, security status and system health through ManageEngine portals.
- Ensure systems remain updated and compliant with internal IT security requirements.

Data Backup & Storage

- Manage Synology NAS infrastructure, backup and data storage.
- Configure and manage department-wise shared drive access and permissions.
- Ensure regular backup monitoring and basic data recovery support.

Apple / Mac Support

- Configure and support MacBook systems.
- Troubleshoot Mac hardware/software-related issues.
- Coordinate with Apple support and maintain service/call logs.

AV, CCTV & Meeting Support

- Provide basic Audio-Visual (AV) support for meetings, presentations and Town Halls.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting-room IT/AV requirements.
- Configure and support CCTV DVR/NVR systems and troubleshoot basic CCTV-related issues.

Preferred Candidate

- 8–12 years of experience in ERP and IT infrastructure/support, preferably within Real Estate, Construction or Property Management.
- Strong hands-on experience in Farvision ERP administration and support is highly preferred.
- Positive understanding of business processes across Sales, CRM/Customer Support, Materials, Engineering and Finance.
- Strong troubleshooting, vendor management, communication and team-handling skills.
- Ability to manage ERP applications along with day-to-day IT infrastructure and end-user support.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
