Experience: 5+ years in ERP Functional Analysis, Implementation, or Software Product Operations.About the RoleWe are an innovative tech startup based out of Indore, building a next-generation, AI-powered cloud ERP software to disrupt the legacy desktop ecosystem. We have secured a major pharmaceutical distributor client based in Rohini, Delhi.Because our core development team is remote, we are looking for a seasoned Product Analyst & Client Coordinator based right in Rohini. You will be the crucial bridge between our client’s real-world business needs and our product roadmap.The Perk: This is primarily a Work-From-Home (WFH) role. You only need to step out to visit the client in Rohini when new features are ready for a live demo, or when deep requirement gathering is required.Key Responsibilities
- Product Mapping & Guidance: Act as our internal domain expert. Since you know how legacy ERP systems (like Marg, Tally, Busy) work inside out, you will guide the founding team on what features, workflows, and database logic need to be built.
- Agile Task Management: Translate client requirements into technical tickets. You will be responsible for creating, assigning, and managing tasks/user stories in Jira or Azure DevOps to streamline our development pipeline.
- On-Ground Client Representation: Professional face-to-face visits to our pharma distributor client in Rohini for critical requirement gathering sessions and product prototype demonstrations.
- UAT & Gap Analysis: Run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the modules we build, identifying bugs, feature gaps, and workflow bottlenecks before showing them to the client.
Mandatory Requirements (Strict Criteria)
- Experience: 5+ years of solid experience handling ERP setups, workflows, or functional software testing.
- Location: Must live in Rohini or nearby North Delhi areas to easily manage on-site client meetings when required.
- Tools: Hands-on proficiency with agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps for creating task tickets, backlogs, and managing sprint workflows.
- Deep ERP Knowledge: Flawless understanding of wholesale/pharma features (e.g., batch tracking, expiry logic, tax compliance, ledger entry).
- Communication: Highly professional communication skills to independently manage meetings with business owners and relay updates smoothly to the Indore team.
