Job Overview

We are looking for confident, enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers / Telesales Executives to join our healthcare and wellness team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining our men’s health and wellness products, addressing customer queries, following up with interested customers and converting enquiries into successful sales.

This is a suitable opportunity for freshers as well as candidates with up to 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support or a similar role.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from the provided leads/database.
- Understand customers’ requirements and provide appropriate information about men’s health and wellness products.
- Explain product features, advantages, usage and pricing in a explicit and professional manner.
- Be comfortable having professional and confidential conversations regarding men’s health and wellness concerns.
- Handle customer queries, objections and concerns with patience and confidence.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups and sales in the CRM/database.
- Build a positive relationship with customers and maintain a professional approach throughout the conversation.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal teams for order processing, customer support and other requirements.




- Ensure that all product-related information shared with customers is accurate and aligned with company guidelines.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and follow company policies and calling processes.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply.
- Experience: 0–6 months; freshers are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Should have good listening, convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable discussing men’s health, wellness and personal-care products professionally and respectfully.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to update customer information in a CRM/database.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Dwarka Sector 7, New Delhi.
