Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. DSA Channel Development
Identify, onboard, and activate new DSAs across assigned geographies
Build a strong pipeline of quality sourcing partners
Ensure alignment of DSAs with company credit and compliance policies
2. Relationship Management
Manage and grow relationships with existing DSAs and key accounts
Act as the single point of contact for partner queries and escalations
Drive partner engagement through regular visits and performance reviews
3. Business Growth & Targets
Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets
Drive sourcing of Mortgage Loans (LAP/Home Loans) and School/Institution Loans
Monitor funnel metrics: login4 sanction4 disbursement
4. Credit & Quality Control
Ensure sourcing of high-quality files with strong underwriting basics
Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for faster turnaround
Maintain porUolio quality and minimize delinquency
5. Market Intelligence
Track competitor offerings, pricing, and DSA commission structures
Identify recent opportunities in education financing and secured lending segments
6. Training & Enablement
Train DSAs on product features, documentation, and pitch
Conduct field visits and joint customer meetings
