Key Responsibilities

QS & Billing

- Prepare, check & certify RA/final bills, measurement sheets & billing abstracts.
- Quantity take-off for concrete, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry & high-end finishing works.
- Verify quantities as per drawings, BOQ & contract; prepare/review BBS.
- Material reconciliation for cement, steel, RMC, structural steel & MEP items.
- Verify invoices, track variations/extra items & finalize contractor accounts/final bills.

Contract Administration

- Review tender BOQ, contracts & contractual terms.
- Handle change orders, amendments, deviations & variation/claim evaluation.
- Coordinate with contractors/sub-contractors on billing discrepancies & settlements.
- Support contractual correspondence, observation letters & billing documentation.

Costing & Reconciliation

- Prepare comparative statements & rate analysis.
- Monitor quantities vs. BOQ/budget and identify quantity/cost variances.
- Maintain major material reconciliation & support cost control.

ERP & Documentation

- Raise PR/PO/WO requests & service entries in ERP.
- Maintain billing, reconciliation, payment-status trackers & cash-flow updates.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, Planning, QA/QC & Execution teams for approvals/payments.

Required Skills





- Robust knowledge of BOQ, estimation, QS & billing procedures.
- Good understanding of civil drawings & contract documents.
- Experience in contractor billing, reconciliation & final bill settlement.
- Proficiency in Farvision ERP, MS Excel & AutoCAD.
- Good communication, coordination & independent site-working skills.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Civil Engineering

Preferred Profile

- Experience in high-rise residential/commercial or villa projects.
- Site-level QS & contractor billing experience.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors & billing cycles.
- Farvision experience preferred.

Pay: ₹30,077.23 - ₹50,482.02 per month
