Job Summary

Koelle Designs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Issue Received Incharge to manage and control the issue and receiving activities of materials in our garment manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day material issue and receiving activities.
- Maintain proper records of all materials issued and received.
- Verify material quantities against issue/receipt documents.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Cutting and other relevant departments.
- Ensure timely and accurate material movement as per production requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and computer-based records.
- Monitor discrepancies in material quantities and report them to the concerned department.
- Ensure proper handling and systematic storage of materials.
- Prepare daily/periodic reports related to material issue and receipt.
- Follow company procedures and maintain accuracy in inventory-related records.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Garment Manufacturing Industry.
- Experience in Issue & Receiving / Material Handling / Stores will be preferred.
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Valuable understanding of garment manufacturing processes and material movement.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience in a garment manufacturing/export house and hands-on experience in material issue and receiving activities will be preferred.
