Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Photographer & Video Editor to join our team in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality promotional video ads, short-form reels/shorts, and product photography.

You will work closely with our marketing team to turn concepts into engaging visual content that captures attention and drives results across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Production & Editing: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit promotional video ads and short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads).
- Product Photography: Conduct studio and on-location product photoshoots, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and high-quality image output.
- Camera & Equipment Handling: Safely operate and maintain company-provided cameras, lighting, audio gear, and studio equipment.
- Post-Production & Retouching: Perform color grading, audio cleaning, motion graphics, and photo retouching to meet brand standards.
- Content Strategy Collaboration: Brainstorm creative concepts, hooks, and storyboards alongside the marketing team.




- Asset Management: Organize and archive raw footage, project files, and final exports efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in video shooting, video editing, and photography.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience operating DSLRs/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
- Software Skills: High proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro (Video Editing)
- Adobe After Effects (Motion Graphics & Text Animations)
- Adobe Photoshop (Image Retouching & Color Correction)
- Social Media Awareness: Solid understanding of short-form content trends, pacing, visual hooks, and platform-specific formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
