Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth of our Electrical Power Projects business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, developing client relationships, generating leads, and supporting the acquisition of projects in areas such as Transmission Lines, Substations, Solar Projects, Electrical Infrastructure, and EPC Projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Electrical Power and EPC sector.
- Research potential clients, upcoming projects, tenders, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, government departments, and other stakeholders.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and online platforms.
- Assist in identifying and tracking relevant tenders and project opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical and estimation teams for preparation of proposals, presentations, and business submissions.




- Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote the company's services and capabilities.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and regularly follow up on business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming opportunities in the power sector.
- Support the preparation of business development reports and MIS.
- Work towards achieving assigned business development and revenue targets.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, industry events, and business discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in Electrical Power Projects, EPC, Infrastructure, Transmission Lines, Substations, or Solar Projects.
- Good understanding of the Electrical Power and EPC industry.
- Knowledge of tendering and project acquisition will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
