### Job Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. * Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. * Maintain call records and update CRM systems. * Follow quality, compliance, and process guidelines. * Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve daily KPIs.
### Eligibility & Requirements * Graduates: Freshers can apply.
* Non-Graduates: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
* Hindi & English mandatory + any one regional language: Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu. * Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. * Good communication, active listening, problem-solving, objection-handling, and adaptability.
* Willing to work from the HSR Layout office in Bengaluru.
