Position: Assistant Project Manager( HVAC&MEP; )

Location: Chennai
Reporting To: Manager – Projects

Primary Responsibilities

- Oversee the project planning and implementation of MEP / HVAC systems on construction projects to ensure they meet all requirements such as specifications, codes, and standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to implement MEP / HVAC systems into the overall project design, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
- Manage project budgets, including estimating costs associated with materials, labor, and MEP / HVAC equipment, and controlling costs within financial limits.
- Plan and supervise MEP / HVAC system installations, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and in accordance with project specifications.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure a clear understanding of MEP / HVAC requirements and project timelines.
- Ensure project installations meet the highest industry standards and comply with all relevant regulations and codes.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors for MEP / HVAC services, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
- Investigate and implement innovative MEP / HVAC technologies and sustainable practices to improve project efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and provide customers with state-of-the-art systems.
- Set detailed guidelines on project execution standards and get them implemented through the team.




- Determine quality metrics for all project execution procedures.
- Review irregular / nonstandard practices and suggest corrective actions.
- Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the total quality of project execution.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Quality Management will be an added advantage.

- In-depth understanding of technical documentation and industry practices.
- A sound understanding of health and safety regulations.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
