*Salary:* ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

*Employment:* Full-Time

We are looking for a *result-oriented Marketing Executive* with experience in *NPA, Banking, NBFC, Finance, Accounts, or Distressed Assets*.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Source and develop NPA & distressed-asset opportunities

* Generate leads and build a strong business pipeline

* Develop relationships with Banks, NBFCs, ARCs, Investors & Financial Institutions

* Handle client meetings, negotiations and follow-ups

* Support OTS, restructuring, settlement and related transactions

* Coordinate documentation, financial analysis and due diligence

* Achieve monthly & quarterly business targets

*Candidate Profile:*





✅ 3+ years of relevant experience

✅ Robust NPA/Banking/Finance knowledge

✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✅ Strong networking and business development abilities

✅ Knowledge of MS Excel, MIS & financial documentation

✅ Existing industry network will be an added advantage
