Job Responsibilities

* Talk to customers and understand their travel requirements.

* Suggest suitable travel packages, destinations, hotels, and transport options.

* Prepare and share travel quotations with customers.

* Handle customer queries through calls and WhatsApp.

* Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings.

* Assist with flight, hotel, and holiday package bookings.

* Maintain customer details and booking records.

* Provide good customer service before and after the booking.

Requirements

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Basic knowledge of travel and tourism.

* Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Freshers can also apply.

* Previous experience in travel sales will be an advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

(Depending on experience and interview)
