- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance works.
- Attend to guest room and department maintenance complaints promptly.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor breakdowns and faults.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and as per hotel standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas properly.
- Report major maintenance issues to the Engineering Supervisor/Manager.
