Job Summary

We are looking for a Software & Digital Executive to support the organisation in managing business software, digital systems, sales data, reporting, and technology-driven business processes.

The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with an interest in software, AI tools, digital platforms, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain CRM, ERP, business software, and digital systems used by the organisation.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer, retailer, product, and sales databases.
- Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, data summaries, and management reports.
- Provide digital and software support to the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Prepare and maintain digital catalogues, presentations, price lists, and product-related information.
- Organise and maintain digital product photographs, videos, and other business content.
- Collect, record, and maintain customer and retailer feedback.
- Support business communication through WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
- Explore and effectively utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT for reporting, content creation, data analysis, and productivity enhancement.




- Identify repetitive manual processes and recommend opportunities for automation and software-based solutions.
- Assist in implementing new digital tools, software, and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand and fulfil their software and digital requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance, accuracy, and confidentiality of business data.

Required Skills & Competencies

- 1-2 Years of Experience required
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, ERP, or other business management software.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and AI productivity platforms.
- Understanding of automation, software integration, or digital workflows will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and digital content creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to learn new software and technology quickly.
- Proactive approach with a strong interest in technology, digitalisation, and process improvement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
