Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and data-driven SEO Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing effective search engine optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, and driving qualified leads through technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve indexing, crawling, site speed, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Execute and monitor off-page SEO activities, including high-quality link-building campaigns.
- Track website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers,



and the marketing team to create SEO-friendly content.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and implement best SEO practices.
- Identify new opportunities to improve website authority and organic lead generation.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Expertise in keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Google Tag Manager (preferred)
- SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz
- Screaming Frog SEO Spider
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress CMS is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonicalization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
