Position: Hospital Pro (Public Relation & Offline Marketing)

Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

Job Purpose

The Hospital Pro will be responsible for offline field marketing, building strong referral networks with RMPs and junior practitioners, organizing camps, and maintaining public relations to increase patient flow to the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Work & Doctor Networking

- Regular field visits to meet RMPs and Junior Practitioners
- Build and maintain solid referral network
- Encourage doctors to refer patients to the hospital
- Follow up regularly for continuous patient flow

2. Campaigning & Rural Camps

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Organize and manage rural area medical camps
- Promote hospital services in villages and local areas
- Coordinate camp activities and patient conversion

3. Public Relations

- Act as Public Relationship Officer for the hospital
- Build strong connection with the general public
- Maintain positive hospital image in the community




- Handle public queries and feedback professionally

4. Reporting & Coordination

- Daily field visit reporting
- Maintain records of doctors met, camps conducted, and patients generated
- Coordinate with hospital team for smooth operations

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any stream
- Only hospital experience preferred
- Experience in offline marketing / field work / public relations in hospital setup
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to work in field and rural areas
- Local candidates will be preferred

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of local area and doctor network
- Experience in organizing medical camps
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Valuable public dealing skills
